La Casita de Mishu is made up of a couple of individuals committed to changing the lives of stray cats, dedicating their time and money to rescuing cats from abandonment, disease and starvation on the streets of Ibiza.

La Casita is our home, where the most needy cats (orphaned, sick, abandoned...) live until they find homes and committed families willing to give them a second chance, giving them what they have never had before, warmth and love. Many of these animals arrive with a broken soul and healing a heart broken by abandonment, indifference and cruelty is truly hard, but there is nothing more gratifying than seeing the eyes of a grateful and happy animal.

We also feed a total of about 60 cats in 5 colonies, all of which are completely controlled. These animals are not only fed, they are sterilised, de-wormed and given veterinary care whenever they need it. Sadly the world has become indifferent to the suffering of these animals, so we also work to maintain the cat population using the CNR method (capture, neuter and release to their place of origin) to dignify the community cat and their right to live in freedom.
